Q. I do not see a category listing for the services my company provides. Can a category be added?

A.TheCaterNet is always open to comments or suggestions. If you feel that your products or services could or should be listed on the site, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your needs.

Q. I have multiple locations. How can my company gain national visibility without purchasing multiples of memberships?

Q. How is my company billed for the membership and are the hosting fees included?

A. All hosting fees are included in the membership. Billing fees can be paid by online by credit card or, you can contact us to set up other billing arrangements. Please see our "Advertise with Us" page for an outline our various packages and Membership fees.

Q. I would like to become an Affiliate Member but am somewhat concerned about processing the billing through the Internet.

A. We understand your concerns. Our site is a secured and protected site. All personal information is kept confidential. If you wish to bypass the online billing, you can contact us between the hours of 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m PST Monday - Friday, and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you..
